Mindful eating book is full of vegetarian diet tips, recipes and mindfulness exercises to make vegetarianism a way of life. I ve been a vegetarian for the last 30 years and I consider vegetarianism to be an attitude towards life, and its values. I find this bookl to be an important and inspirational guide to vegetarian and vegan raw food preparation. It gives me daily drive to include more raw into my vegatarian diet. Very tasty receipes. This way of raw vegan food preparation inspires my creativity sometimes even more than some other art forms I practice. Must have!

great mindful eating exercises. practicing mindful eating is a very meditative experience and brought me back to 'feeling' food, 'experiencing' the preparation and enjoying making food. I am a vegetarian and was looking for an easy raw recipes book that will help me introduce some raw foods into my diet. The experience was inspiring and I realized that I do over-cook my food and that preparing raw food is easy and fun! great book all around! great tips, great exercises and great recipes. I loved Olivera's little secrets.

In my efforts to eat healthy, be healthy, and respect my body more, I came across the Alchemy of love Courses, by Nuit. This book is called Mindful Eating with Raw Recipes and it is full of very useful mindful eating exercises with some delicious raw vegan recipes. Living in Malta, I found summer to be very hot and the raw recipes within the book to be very inspiring and useful for such a hot climate. This book is a great collection of mindful eating exercises and raw vegan recipes and I recommend it to all.

Experimenting with raw and vegan is for me full of ups and downs. I love the diet but find it difficult when I need to chose my meals when dinning out. This why I am thankful to have in my hands this book, that reminds me of all the benefits raw and vegan offers. Combining it with mindful eating exercises, we get a holistic approach to body, to nutrition and relationship body and mind have. It is true that our needs vary depending of the time of the year, our emotional state and whether we are conscious of what we are eating. Remembering mindfulness, learning mindfulness, eating mindfully gives us a great push towards living more spiritually.

Merging mindfulness exercises with some great vegan recipes is a great idea. I tried some of the exercises and vegan raw recipes from the free copy on the Google Books, I liked it and I purchased the course... Enjoyed experimenting with my nutrition and analyzing my eating habits! Will keep some of the mindfulness exercises (not the cold shower one :)!). I was never a big raw food eater but the recipes are surprisingly easy and I must say surprisingly tasty. All in all a must have!

Mindful Eating eBook is full of mindful eating tips, mindfulness exercises and transformation tools. It also has some great Raw Vegan Recipes. It is a great ebook for all around understanding of: What is Mindful Eating, How to Eat Mindfully and of Benefits of Vegan and Raw Diet.
