OK.
A lot of "big business" ideas that leaves entrepreneurs thinking "why did they take so long". Also uses some old performance methodologies that have been proven ineffective.

Andrew Grove shares his most hard experience he had on the top of Intel corporation.
I found very interesting and cognitive to read about different critical points Intel corp survived with detailed
explanation what happened, why and how it was fixed.
It's incredible how ignorant and blind managers could be... how easy to break a company or project. However this situation happens very often.
And it's worth to learn from Intel's experience kindly shared by Intel's CEO.

Andy Grove tells Intels story - how it managed to get out of a sinking memory business to becoming a leader in the microprocessor world. Gives examples from other industries, to illustrate the concept of 'Only the Paranoid Survive'. It's a great read.
